The commission

HP is one of Hamilton Bright’s oldest clients. Hamilton Bright seconds top staff to HP in various positions, all of which focus on Retail. One the one hand, the focus is on the structural optimisation of HP’s performance in the online and offline Retail landscape. On the other, this Field Force is responsible for achieving sales targets. In addition, important relationships are built and maintained, and in-store training programmes are given.

Team members have individual goals. For in-store staff, these concern achieving KPIs for both training and presentation. For Account Management, the main emphasis is on sales targets. The staff who focus on marketing have marketing targets.

Our approach

An individual Learning Journey is prepared for each employee, which focuses on their role. There is space for personal development and entrepreneurship. Knowledge is broadened and deepened through brown paper sessions. There is a close and efficient partnership between Hamilton Bright, HP and HP’s partners.

The result of our actions is a very pleasant, open, long-term and constructive partnership with HP. Hamilton Bright and HP have been partners for more than fifteen years. This was confirmed again in 2017 with the signing of a long-term contract.
