How can you reach a group of (hardcore) gamers? Which concept will really appeal to this target group? How can we ensure that we reached this group offline as well as online? Hamilton Bright Brand Activation set out to tackle these challenges. We developed the OMEN by HP Battlezone: an online and offline event for gamers, and most of all a week full of fun with today’s most popular games.

Our approach

Hamilton Bright Brand Activation led the project from concept to implementation, based on a close collaboration and partnership with HP and a network of specialist suppliers.

To make this activation a success, we devised an offline event that could be streamed online by the participating pro-gamers and influencers. What if someone couldn’t join in? No problem: then all the battles could be followed on the influencers’ online streaming channels. Enthusiasts could immediately make a purchase with a 10% discount.

The result

Via this activation, OMEN by HP achieved a total reach of more than 1,000,000 social views and an uplift of 42% to online Retail.
