Space planning

The layout of a store is determined by the retailer’s policy. Retailers want to maximise sales per square meter, while suppliers demand sufficient space for their categories. By investigating the current placing and performance of product categories, and transforming these into a new design for the shop floor, we are able to optimise consumer behaviour.

It has been proven that an optimally designed shelf layout has an immediate effect on sales results. We supply read-to-use shelf layout advice with the information and analysis needed to achieve the best possible performance for a category. Our goal: the roll-out of fully developed advice with the highest returns for both the retailer and manufacturer.
